En théorie oui tout est compatible, en pratique ça peut être très pénible à monter...
J'ai eu dans le passé des étrier Avid et je me suis beaucoup embêté avec des patins Shimano pour jantes céramiques, parfois jusqu'à poncer le caoutchouc côté porte-patin. Depuis que j'ai racheté des porte-patins Shimano c'est beaucoup plus simple, ça glisse relativement facilement en général.
